    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In O365, there are PowerBI licenses. And I want to create a tool which will attribute PowerBI License to an user or delete one from the user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So can i use PowerShell or API Rest to do it ?
