Reload paginated report

I have a report embedded on my site using power-bi client. When the user submits the data that is populating the report I want to refresh it so the report can reflect the new data. However, when I call the reload method the iframe just goes blank.
The only way I can reload the report is by resetting the embed and rebuilding it.

I was able to reproduce this in the playground also. When you run the report and goto the interact tab, reloading it just breaks it.
