SSAS Translations on Power BI service

Hi everyone,

I have a Tabular model (1500) deployed on my PC. The culture of the model is "it-CH". I have configured three translations: "it-IT", "en-GB", "en-US".

When I live connect to the model with Power BI Desktop, it correctly translates the model in "en-US", because my machine language is set on "en-US".

When I use the report in Power BI service (the browser's language is set on "en-US" and the language of the Power BI portal is set on english), the report is translated into "it-IT". This also happens with other users and also using other PCs, all set in "en-US".

If I remove the "it-IT" translation on the model, no translation takes place and I see the language "it-CH".

Am I doing somenthing wrong? Thanks.

Hi @Strizzolo ,

Currently language translation in SSAS is supported in Power BI Desktop.. However, SSAS translation is not yet supported in Power BI service, either. You can click to vote below ideas.
