      <title>Real Time Dashboard Updates Frozen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a real time dashboard which measures performance throughout the day. &amp;nbsp;Items such as sales, hours ect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This works well most of the time, with the exception that it freezes up about twice a week. &amp;nbsp;These freezes can last most of the day and generally goes back to normal the next morning. &amp;nbsp;From appearances, all data is still accepted and the model looks good the next day, but I do recieve complaints about the freezups.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes "Refresh dashboard tiles" works, but most of the time it does not. &amp;nbsp;Issue is replicatable accross multiple platforms and many accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://api.powerbi.com/beta/xxxx" target="_blank"&gt;https://api.powerbi.com/beta/xxxx&lt;/A&gt; -&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;first few sections of the push api&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a streaming type dataset, using the Power BI API. &amp;nbsp;I created the dash based off of one of the recently posted tutorials from the PBI blog.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have some troubleshooting ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
