    <description>&lt;P&gt;1. assuming your data lives in database tables (and not in a cube) you will want to go for Direct Query connection&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Your data model will define what individual users can see.&amp;nbsp; 4. You can implement RLS against distribution lists/groups.&amp;nbsp; That way adding a user to a group will give them the RLS permissions assigned to that group.&amp;nbsp; (You can still decide if you want to do the group assignment at the data source, and use group level RLS, or if you want to let it flow into Power BI and do it via the data model.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Are you expecting any sort of interaction between the web app and the embedded report?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking for below functionality in our web application.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here is the list of items which we would like to implement.&lt;BR /&gt;1) We would like to see live data in report&lt;BR /&gt;2) When user login they can see only their data Dynamic RLS applied in report.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Embed the report in Web app&lt;BR /&gt;4) Assigned user role when new user will be added in web app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So can you please guide which approach is the best in terms of Data in Direct Query for live report, License type should be pro or premium capacity, Embedded approach has App owns data or user owns data...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
