    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I assume you are using a diret query mode of data connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, you can change the mode to import and then you can refrsh your data set when you need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can change this mode by going to properties on transform data tab , thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am working with some large queries which uses much capacity so I would like to disable the fact that Power BI automaticly fires every underlying query from our SQL server when I open the program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to turn this off and choose by myself when I want to refresh the data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your answer. &lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately am I using imported query. I didn't find any information of the query being fired until we checked the capacity directly from our server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
