      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in a similar place - I'd like to use Power BI Dataflows to refresh an on-site tabular model. As Dataflows are at their core CSVs + integrated management in the Power BI portal, I'm contemplating switching to using CSVs + my own refresh tasks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
