Permissions to dataset not working

I have built a new PowerBI report that is connected to a SQL server I am hosting through an on premises gateway. When I share the report, dashboard, or app with anyone else, they get a permission warning in regards to the dataset, even with owner access to all of them and the dataset. What more needs to be done? I have removed and re-added permissions, reset the gateway, even added logins to the SQL Server for their individual domain names and nothing works. We are having the same issues with reports posted in a Sharepoint site.

Could you please provide the screenshot of dataset permission waring? Besides that, could you please help answer the following questions in order to find the issue causes?

1. Did you get any permission warning when connect to the data in Power BI desktop?

2. If all data sources which are used for report be configured in gateway in Power BI service? If all of these account credentials are right?

In addition, you can also provide me the following information, I will make troubleshoting based on these provided informations.

1. Provide the screenshot of dataset permission waring and the prompt message for permission warning if it has
2. If the report run/refresh normally in Power BI desktop?
3. If all data sources which are used for report be configured in gateway in Power BI service? If all of these account credentials are right?
4. If setup firewall or proxy?
