    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the combo chart doesn't utilise the &lt;STRONG&gt;Legend&lt;/STRONG&gt; field for the line series (like the bar does), so any data points for the line will be placed in the middle of the category it relates to, as shown.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your visual you're also using a different y-axis for your line series, which does not provide a fair comparison to budget and actual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're looking to provide a fair actual vs. budget comparison, I'd suggest using one of the following custom visuals, as they are optimised for this kind of use case and typically make things much clearer for the reader of your reports:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104380953?tab=Overview" target="_self"&gt;Bullet Chart by OKViz&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104381083?tab=Overview" target="_self"&gt;Power KPI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA200000805?tab=Overview" target="_self"&gt;Zebra BI&lt;/A&gt; (has a license cost, but is the gold standard for visualising financials in this manner)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these will do exactly what you're asking for in our image but will hopefully allow you to approach the challenge from a different viewpoint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;</description>
