Access Power BI Audit Logs in Microsoft Office 365 Management API

I would like to access Power BI Audit Logs via the Office 365 Management API. I have found an article but it's a little outdated, and no longer seems to work.

I have created an App Registration in Azure, but I cannot work out how to get an OAuth token to access this particular endpoint. I get various errors.

This is when using "resource" of https://manage.office.com/ and the common OAuth endpoint (https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/token) :

AADSTS700016: Application with identifier '{My Application ID}' was not found in the directory 'office.com'.

If I use my tenant-specific OAuth endpoint (https://login.microsoftonline.com/MyTenantID/oauth2/token) :

AADSTS500011: The resource principal named https://manage.office.com/ was not found in the tenant named {MyTenantID}.
