Hi,

We have a custom visual where users can input data.

This data is saved to a database.

The model uses Direct Query so when the user hits refresh the database calculates everyting and the report shows the data with the input nicely computed in the totals.

So far so good.

Now before the new look and feel we had the refresh button in the toolbar, one click away from the user.

Bacause of the Direct Query implementation they rely heavily on the refresh. New or updated ERP data and input gives new numbers. So refresh gives the updated view.

With the new look and feel the refresh button is hidden behind a menu so users heve to ckick twice to refresh.

My question: is there an api call whe can execute to refresh the page? Something like the PowerApps custom visual does with PowerBIIntegration.Refresh()?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Frank
