Additional Column to return text in MATRIX visual

Dear all,

Am using Matrix Visual as shown below to return value for each KPI per month.

I want to add an additional column that returns a text value, unfortunatly whenever i add it it doesnt show up it only shows the months.

This is my current system visual

This might be solvable with a measure that returns different values depending on whether you're in the individual month or the total column. You could probably also rename the total column to match your requirement. I'd suggest posting this question in the DAX forum, as there's a lot more people that frequent there and they'll be more equipped to help with this one than the Develper forum.
