Hi All,

I am trying to create shape map for the county USA by importing GeoJSON file.

GeoJSON file was created by importing shape files from the site https://www.census.gov/geo/maps-data/data/cbf/cbf_zcta.html.

and converting using the online tool https://mapshaper.org/.

This file holds the boundary information at ZCTA (Zipcode Tabulation Area) level for all states of USA.

After converting the file into GeoJSON the file size was close to 151 MB. When i tried importing this file under shape map option power BI tool was closing with error "Unexpected Error: a problem occured while rendering thsi report and application must close".

Can you please help in arriving the feasible solution/suggestions for this requirement. And also any reference to find the maximum size of geojson files that can be imported into powerBI shape map component.

Thanks

Sunil.N
