What I want is to plot few location points on map with some color saturation. And then when user clicks on some point - I want to zoom in and add lines that go other locations (maybe regulate line width and add text) that will show all end points from this start point. So I want to be able click/unclick this points and change visual. Is it possible to do something like that? If yes - what language should I choose and where to look for some guidelines? Is R or Python helpful?
