Conditional display of report pages

Hello All,

Need help with displaying of Report pages in POWER BI. There are multiple customers for which we have to create different visualizations. I don't want to create different reports for different customers instead I want to create different pages for different customers in the same report. I should be able to select a customer and based on customer selection, respective report pages should be displayed. For example, there are 2 customers, A & B. For Customer A we have pages 1,2,3 and for Customer B we have pages 1,4,5 in the report Customers_Report. So when I select Customer A, only pages 1,3 & 5 should be selected and for Customer B, pages 1,4,5 should be displayed.

Please help me how to achieve this.

are you talking about Paginated reports or Power BI reports? For Paginated reports you can manage this with hidden parameters and expressions to turn on/off content based on the hidden param(s).

For Power BI, it's not as straightforward. It also depends if you are using Power BI embedded (azure) or PBI Report Server on premises.

Hello luisrh, thanks for replying. As I am new to POWER BI, What is Pagination ? Is is related to setting the display contents on a page. My requirement is I have a report with n Pages in it. I want to control the respective pages to be displayed based on conditions. Could you please help me with some contents which could give more idea how to implement it.
