Managing streaming dataset via Power BI REST API

Hi, I'm trying to integrate custom application with Power BI in a way so it can create, manage and push data into streaming datasets.

I'm trying to achieve all this via Power BI REST API. But met a lot of major issues on the way:

create dataset, I was able to figure out correct way to do this, since it is not clear from API docs that you should specify undelying table for streamin dataset.
I'm not sure if this is correct way, but I was able to see dataset in Power BI application UI.
I can't find way to get Push URL for existing streaming dataset via API.
I can easily get it via app UI manually.
This is partial blocker in automation process, I can probably workaround this by creating PushStreaming dataset instead and use PostRows API. But I didn't want to authenticate application which will push data in Azure.
And this is complete blocker which kills me.
I didn't find way to get info about existing streaming dataset structure.
GetTables API is not supported for streaming dataset and throws error.
GetTables API return table name only (without columns) for PushStreaming dataset.
Get Dataset API returns dataset name and some metadata only.

It looks like it is impossible to work with streaming datasets without manual steps in app.
I will be happy if I'm wrong and I simply missed something.
