PowerBI + Configuration + Complex logic/calculations

Hi There,

I have a unusual ask here.

Can I pass the complex logic/calculations as an input to PowerBI reports. For ex. can I pass M query steps/DAX calculations as a parameter/input from a Excel file source which can be picked up by PowerBI reports when I refresh the data ?

I am able to pass static values from an Excel sheet into a dataset which I am able to consume in another dataset inside in the Edit Queries(M) tab. However I am unable to pass complex logic steps (Merge datasets, Group data etc.) which is then used in Advanced Editor for datasets.

Any inputs will be of great help..
