Hi all,

I have a general question. I was curious what languages are involved in using Power BI embedded. Azure or otherwise. I was asked to look into it and I'm just trying to figure out what I need to know/learn in order to accomplish embedded tiles or dashboard in our own webapps. I see documentation for embedded, but nothing of pre requisites.

Any help appreciate and thanks in advance!

Hi,

There are different ways to embed the PowerBI dashboards and reports into your web app. For that, you will need the following things the way I did it for my website.

1) You are going to need at least one power bi user that has a pro license which will be the Master Account.

2) You are going to need an app workspace for all of your content which you are going to embed.

3) Then you need to purchase power bi embedded capacity inside of Azure.

4) And then you are going to require the code.

For the code, you can check out the Sample which is available on GitHub as per your language.
