      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have A SKUs, you can use ARM API and cmdlets to automatically scale up/ down by schedule.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can even do that according to specific thresholds, using Azure Alerts and Metrics.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
