Ok, it must be server side and not in the JS because even though it was fixed for awhile when I upgraded to 2.6.4, it is now happening again!

I am trying to setSlicerState using the JS API and am getting an error of "Unable to get property 'JsonFilterBuilder' of undefined or null reference". I get the same error using the Power BI demo site, so apparently it's not just me. I tried Chrome and Edge, and tried JS 2.6.0, 2.61, and 2.63 and all fail with same error. I have not yet tried setting the slicer prior to report loading, but this is not ideal for my use case.

I'd like to also mention how un-cool it was to take down Issue page on GitHub. It cut off the community's direct communication to devs and broke thousands of links across the internet. Big frowny face for that one.
