d3.textwrap does not work

Hi everyone,

I installed d3 text wrap package in my power bi custom visual, I included it in pbiviz.json and tsconfig files. However, it shows me that property textwrap does not exist on type types of d3. How it can be added?

The issue was related to mixing d3v3 and d3v4.

We updated d3 to v4 to fix the issue.
