Are the Powerbi REST API's any different as compared to App workspace collection?

I need some clarifications on powerbi embedded capacity

Are the Powerbi REST API's any different as compared to App workspace collection?
I have my embedded application (based on App workspace collection) which I am using for my customers, do I need to change my application when migrating to Powerbi Embedded or my application works as it is working now?
When I do migrate my reports to Powerbi Embedded where can I see all my reports from azure portal?

Any Explanation to the above scenarios will help me alot

It is recommended to check the following article:

To answer your question:

1. Yes, they are different,

2. You need migrate to Power BI Embedded before June 30, 2018, as the workspace collection will be retired then,

3. You should be able to see your reports under the App you embedded, for how to find the App, check method 2 in this article.
