In recent versions of the API, you need to run the&nbsp;<STRONG>pbiviz --create-cert</STRONG> command as it mentions, and it will provide the cert location and passcode. Once it has been created you can run the&nbsp;<STRONG>pbiviz --install-cert</STRONG> command, then browse for the cert and provide the passcode.
