PowerBI Embedded capacity understanding

Hi, we are looking into powerbi embedded and currently running a A1 capacity machine in Azure to start with,

we have some questions left to fully understand.

1) We are loading data via import mode, does the A1 Capacity Cache 3GB count against the pbix size?

So, can we maximal run 3 pbix (each 1gb) in parallel embedded mode to consume the cache size?

Can we see a measure / metric somewhere showing current cache usage?

2) What exactly happens when we hit the max_page_renders per hour (A1 capacity = 300)?

Can we see a measure / metric somewhere showing current page_renders/hour?

How do you guys figure out when to scale the Azure Instances or determine how many pbix/reports/workspaces fit on one A1/A2/A3/... capacity?
