1. Can someone provide link to Azure Embedded/PowerBI Embedded Documentation

2. Documents that cover PowerBI infrastructure architecture, DR and load-balancing scenarios

3. What type of licensing is required to use Power-BI Embedded/Azure Embedded ? Do I need just 1 Power-BI pro license OR do I need a PowerBI license for every user accessing the report through the application (using the Embedded API's)?
