The Service Desk Dashboard provides a snapshot of all relevant data related to the performance of your service desk. At a glance Managers can use this dashboard to analyse the status of support tickets, the satisfaction levels of customers and average resolution times.

Hola, felicidades por este buen ejemplo de panel

Una consulta: si voy a una gráfica, utilizando el boton derecho del mouse, puedo ver la opción "mostrar punto de datos como tabla" y de allí puedo obtener todos los datos que están detrás del gráfico, entonces como diseñador ¿cómo puedo evitar que se vean las tablas de los datos?

Hi MEE , if you use a measure instead of a column in the visual that option should disappear.

For example I dragged the ID column onto the y-axis and set the summarisation to Count. But you use a measure like COUNT(ID) instead.

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta sobre el tema que deseo resolver. Intenté aplicar la recomendación que brindaste, sin embargo, aun aplicando una medida (probamos con varias) se despliega mediante botón derecho del mouse la opción de acceso a "mostrar como tabla" y de allí todavía es posible ingresar a ver la colección de datos que no deseamos mostrar.

En algún momento alguien ha sugerido ingresar un código javascript para anular la operación del click derecho del mouse ... será una posible solución ir por esa vía?
existirá alguna otra opción?
