Hi All,

Just to let you know one of the biggest Cricket League is going on in India and it has started from 5th April 2017. The Name of this league is IPL (Indian Premier League). I have designed a Dashboard which shows the performance of any batsman who played in IPL and also does the analysis of the Match between any 2 teams playing against each other based on the factors like which location is the match, winning percentage of any team who wins the toss and chooses to Bat or Bowling. Have a look how your favourite team is going to perform this IPL.

Fixture for the IPL 2017 can be easily found on the internet.

The 3rd and 5th Dashboard will just blow your mind.

Just for my understanding it might seems like a lame question ,does Power BI provide Predictive Analysis based on stats or the predictions in your Analysis is based on winning and losing percentages against a particular team.

Hi Sreejith,

Thank you so much for your comment. Power Bi doesn't does the advanced predictive analysis like Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. This tool does the data modelling which helped me summurising data of 9 years of IPL. I have done this analysis based on the previous data which shows the winning probability of a team based on their home ground or away ground, Winning chances of a team overall or after winning the toss he takes to bat or field. That is why the table is also added with the dashboard which shows the data in details. This is completely based on the Team's performance throughout the career of thier IPL.

Hi Aman, I got the dataset from Kaggle.com. they have 2 datsets - Matches(Match by Match Summary) & Deliveries(ball by ball data).
