Gerard rocks the Power BI community showing us how to present outstanding analysis and insights in Power BI through his participation in many community data visualisation challenges as seen on LinkedIn and Twitter. Gerard is a mining resources project manager with KBR and has a background in data analysis and e-discovery in construction arbitration.

At the start when I looked at this visual it looked quite advanced, and at one point I even thought of skipping this challenge however after trying to complete this in bits and pieces this looks quite simple yet amazing to me now, simple as in there were no advanced DAX measures, all you need is to focus and try to understand the outcome to be achieved, Great work & thanks for sharing!!
