This is my take on In-Page Navigation + Power BI Bookmark + Pop up Slicer + Smart Narrative.

This view is best suited for Desktop as of now and I aim to debug the mobile view in the future.

The idea of a pop-up slicer came from Reid_Havens and it was simply awesome.

The in-page navigation idea came from Fowmy , thanks a lot for this.

For the bookmark, my use case was extremely complex. I needed to create a view with default filters with a bookmark and another bookmark to restore the default filters but get rid of any additional filters.

For my use case of the complex bookmark+in-page navigation, I managed to achieve what I needed with suggestions from Tahreem24 which is to create separate pages and wire them on the main page with the bookmark.
