For anyone interested, please check out a solution I made for this year's March Madness tourney. It can be imported into any Teams channel to collect brackets from people in your own local competition. This playlist includes a walkthrough of the app, a link to download the solution, instructions for importing it, and soon a Power BI report to track the competition.
