Percentile condittional formatting - Excel vs PBI

Been using Power BI since day one (July 24th 2015) and have change a lot of my work habits that were on excel, now I'm mostly on Power BI.

This is a small example that I did a few months ago to answer a question here on the forum and was abble to replicate the diverging condittional formatting based on percentile of excel.

In the beginning this was not possible in PBI and this specific feature came a long way from a simple color coding to diverging, to rules, this just to show on in 5 years PBI evolve and changed the data analisys.
