    <description>&lt;P&gt;The LA Times published a &lt;A href="https://www.latimes.com/projects/la-et-jc-books-la-reading-2019/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;great interactive&lt;/A&gt; that showed the most popular books at each neighborhood library in the Los Angeles region. I wanted to do something similar for my newspaper's coverage area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some notes from how I made it:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I used the report tooltip with three Enlighten Data Story visuals to highlight the top 3 items at each library. It wasn't perfect, but it works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I used the Enlighten Legend for the color key.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I created a "toggle" to a list view using bookmarks with images.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
