I am excited to share my recent participation in a Hackathon focused on the Food Industry domain, hosted by KSR Datavizon Leveraging Power BI, Through data-driven insights, I derived key improvements and strategic recommendations to support the company's growth in the competitive U.S. market

🔹 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 30.63% of customers indicated that our pricing is high. My recommendation is to reduce prices temporarily to gain market share, helping to foster customer loyalty.
🔹 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: With 30.78% of customers not inclined to recommend our items, improving the taste of dishes is essential to drive customer satisfaction and advocacy.
🔹 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: We received an average rating from 39.78% of our customers. To improve this, we should explore strategies like offering discounts for new customers, implementing a referral program, and focusing on word-of-mouth marketing.
🔹 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Enhancing customer communication through effective channels and adding new product features will help foster deeper connections with our audience.
🔹 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬: Initiatives such as brand awareness campaigns, social media engagement, and exclusive discounts for new customers will further bolster our presence in the U.S. market.
🔹 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Our marketing efforts should focus on working women, middle-aged individuals, and young students, aligning our messaging and promotions with their needs and preferences.

great report! the picture in a themed on the front really draws the user in. I would suggest adding commas to numbers >=1k as a US based report, and that the star rating visual is a bit confusing.
