Hello SotoWong, I forgot to mention on my previous reply that technique "P06 Reference Bands" is thoroughly explained here: 004: How to make non-adjacent reference bands in Power BI – spilled graphics - you will find how to set them up in Power BI plus three DAX approaches on how get the bands.
