it seems the text " Last business date" is from your table column. you may need to add a new calculated column to convert the text to date.

According to the screenshot in your post, it seems that you are creating a slicer using the field [Holdings Date] of the table. The data type of this field should be Text type... Is it a calculated column or fact field? If it is a calculated column, could you please provide the relate formula? And which actual date you want to replace the text "Last business date"? Thank you.
