How to find the Percentage of based on the delay count

I am trying to find the country percentage based on the Delay count . I

Country DelayHour

Italy 1
Italy 4

Italy 3

France 5

France 2

Spain 1

Delay hour = CALCULATE ( COUNT ( 'Booking Acceptance'[Dealy in HRS] ), ALLEXCEPT('Booking Acceptance', 'Booking Acceptance'[Country] ) )

Percentage = DIVIDE ( COUNT('Booking Acceptance'[Dealy in HRS]), [Delay hour ], 0)

this measure working with out slicer if i select any country its showing 100% but i want to seperate percentage for each country

Delay hour = CALCULATE ( COUNT ( 'Booking Acceptance'[Dealy in HRS] ), filter(allselected('Booking Acceptance'), 'Booking Acceptance'[Country] = max('Booking Acceptance'[Country]) ))

Delay hour = CALCULATE ( COUNT ( 'Booking Acceptance'[Dealy in HRS] ), filter(all('Booking Acceptance'), 'Booking Acceptance'[Country] = max('Booking Acceptance'[Country]) ))

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

the results of COUNT('Booking Acceptance'[Dealy in HRS]) and [Delay hour] are same,

please try this,

Percentage = var _count= CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Booking Acceptance'),ALL('Booking Acceptance')) var _delay= [Delay hour] return DIVIDE(_count,_delay,0)
