How to find the past 6 weeks of the New Year

Currently I am able to find the past six weeks including today by using below Dax as a filter and selecting Yes

Var Firstof6 = WEEKNUM(TODAY(),1) -7

RETURN

IF(vw_PBI_DEVELOPER_JOURNEY_WEEKLY_DETAIL[EVENT_WK_NAME] > Firstof6 && vw_PBI_DEVELOPER_JOURNEY_WEEKLY_DETAIL[EVENT_WK_NAME] <= WEEKNUM(TODAY()),"YES","NO")

This works unfortunatly until the New Year and it broke. I only got data for the first the 2 weeks of the New Year and nothing

for the past Year.

The challenge is the the WEEKNUM(TODAY(),1) -7. This gives me a -5 in Jan of the New Year.

I have also tried a Relative Date filter however that does not show current week of.

It will show the past 6 weeks though.

This will eventully fix itself in Feb but need a solution

Few different ways of doing this. One way is a sequential week number spanning years:
