Hi Guys Im having this issue when trying to create a calculate column. I Type in the following condition:

Column = IF ( 'Table1'[Issue Resolution] = "NA", 0, 15 )

Check if your datatype in [issue resolution] column is something besides "Text":

what is the data type of the column Issue Resolution. Can you share a screenshot of that column?

You are placing another column in the visual! Please use

Column = IF ( ISERROR ( VALUE ( 'Table1'[Earned Points] ) ), 0, 15 )

Ok, based on your initial reccomendation a created a Calculated Column for Each Column that needs to be graded and that can be an NA. Then i Created a Messure That is the Base Points=

Base Points = SUMX(Table1, Table1[Issue Resolution Points] + Table1[Complete and Accurate Information Points] + Table1[Apology and Empathy Points] + Table1[Sentence Structure (spelling, punctuation, grammar) Points] + Table1[Adaptation to Consumer Style Points] + Table1[Tone, Respect and Friendliness Points] + Table1[Proper Branding Points] + Table1[Adherence to Escalation Process Points] + Table1[Response time within Threshold Points] + Table1[Adherence to other Business Policies/Processes Points] + Table1[Capture Consumer Information for Order/RA/Escalation Points] + Table1[Capture & Document the correct MN, SN & Purchase Date Points] + Table1[Correct Category and Disposition Points] + Table1[Documentation Points] + Table1[Soft Upsell Points])

Then I Created the Earned Points Messure that is the SUM of the values of the Original columns that is this one:

Earned Points = SUMX(Table1, Table1[Issue Resolution] + Table1[Complete and Accurate Information] + Table1[Apology and Empathy] + Table1[Sentence Structure (spelling, punctuation, grammar)] + Table1[Adaptation to Consumer Style] + Table1[Tone, Respect and Friendliness] + Table1[Proper Branding] + Table1[Adherence to Escalation Process] + Table1[Response time within Threshold] + Table1[Adherence to other Business Policies/Processes] + Table1[Capture Consumer Information for Order/RA/Escalation] + Table1[Capture & Document the correct MN, SN & Purchase Date] + Table1[Correct Category and Disposition] + Table1[Documentation] + Table1[Soft Upsell]) How do I add an NA Rule for the Earn Points that are the ones that have the NA.

You need to apply this to all columns. Use power query for that. Select all the numerical columns and replace NA wil null or 0.
Other thing I noticed, it would be much easier if you first unpivot all the numerical columns then replace the null. Then In DAX you can do something like

Base Points = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Value] ), Table1[Attribute] IN { "Issue Resolution Points", "Complete and Accurate Information Points", etc..... } )

This is Report that is going to be feed live by automatic responses submited in Form, that form have an excel that is the one that feed the Report. If a use power query is only going to apply for the existent data right? and the new data?
