There are ambiguous between 'template' and Cat Group

I am trying to create Realtionshiop Vendor code [Vendor code ] to FINAL[Vendor code] but i am getting ambiguous between Error.

Still there is a clear problem in the model that requires further assessment. For some reason the engine is unable to create one to many relationship! which is strange.

tamerj1 thank you so much .. its working Now. i have one more doubt . in this report i am using Matrix visual so there is no option for Number format to change MIillion . i used below measure

Temp val = FORMAT(SUM(template[Quantity]), "#,,.0M")

I applied above measure in to matrix visual . i am getting like below adde screen shot . but it is wokring when i use input source column Quanity
