Calculate weighted avg with filters

I have attached the datasheet from excel of how the calculation for my avg is done for each month.

I am intrested in getting this via dax for month and year wise. I sthere a possibility to get Freight Costs A$t Sales as "Freight Costs A$m"*1000/"Total PE / Spec Sales (t)"?
