UNICHAR arrows not matching result

Resolution: added a space. Shouldn't have to do this, but it now works.

I am changing DAX slightly, and I don't know why the results are not matching my expectations.

Is you download of PBI the latest version? I looked at this and it works fine with the May release over here.

Thank you for making the effort in replicating the code. Yes, I am using the June release (2.106.582.0 64-bit (June 2022)).
