Please help me out to create a VAR function for changing the color scheme for multiple Targets

HI, i am new to Power BI system. I am stuck in one of the DAX calculation. I have different targets for different processes in which i want to reflect in single gauge visual using Var function for changing the color of accuracy score based on Target value when filter different Processes. would you please help me out to create a DAX function for callout value & changing the Bar colors based on that function ?

For reference sharing dumy data:

Process Target Accuracy Score

1. A 90% 89%

2. B 95% 97%

3. C 99% 100%

Based on above scenario, i want to change the Bar color as Green in case of Accuracy score >= Target Value otherwise Red. Similarly want to highlight in table using icons when selecting different Process based on results

Please see attached file. You can can the colored icons to data bars or diff text unde FORMAT "Cell Elements".

I began a overview on goal type A in the event you want to continue that for B & C for summary purposes.
