Calculation of a MODE value and issue with alignment scenario

Hello,

I would like to submit to you a case that I have encountered and that I am currently processing in Excel.
The passage in PowerBI will make me gain in speed (several hundreds of thousands of lines to be treated) and will facilitate the sharing with the users (a hundred).

I have in my database a stores park with elements related to the product nomenclature and geography.

I put these into filters (segments).

Then I have sales data: CA, Qty and average selling price.

My objective is the following:
- to determine for each product and with the applied filters (country for example) a MODE value for the average selling price
- calculate then the + / - differences for each store
- simulate the CA + / - stake if the price alignment of the whole on the AVP MODE

Bellow is a screen shot that can illustrate all this.

It should be simple but as I said, I am a beginner in DAX and PowerQuery. I tried but it does'nt work and I need any exemple of formula. In advance, thank you for your help !

To summarize, my main question is about the DAX formula to be used to calculate the PVM MODE column.

Can you provide your sample (in the form of a table or pbix, not a screenshot) and the calculation logic of the [PVM MODE] column? What is the relationship between [PVM MODE] column and [PVM Magasin] column?

Thanx for you interest and for your help. Bellow is a sample of my data and the link to download the pbix file.

I would like to add a new column with a new measure that gives me the 'PVM Magasin' that appears most often for the same product.

Be careful cause the same 'PVM Magasin' can occur for many different products (exemple below: 5 appears for products B and C). In that case the measure must analyse un a seperate way for each product...

I also want to keep active the selection of the filters (Country, Product).For exemple, find the MODE only for Hungary and Poland, Romania excluded of the analysis.
