Dax to lookup within range of values

hi,

i have a measure that compute a Factor value.

Now i need to compare this factor value to the ones in the table below to look up for over/under and adjust values.

eg: if my factor value is 1.063 then over/under value is -5% and adjust value is 0.78%

What is the best way to do this please? merge query or dax?

at the moment im using SWITCH in dax to write each value in the table but what if my table has hundreds of values then SWITCH is not possible.

re-clarify the example.

eg: if my factor value is 1.063 then over/under value is -4% and adjust value is 0.33%

Why the under over change? What is based on? What is your desired output? A table or a measure? Where is 1.063? From another table?

Please provide more details.

These tables are given to us as is, there no formula in the table.

1.063 is between 1.061 and 1.065. 1.063 is a calculated value from another measure.
