      <title>Dax to lookup within range of values</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a measure that compute a Factor value.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now i need to compare this factor value to the ones in the table below to look up for over/under and adjust values.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eg: if my factor value is 1.063 then over/under value is -5% and adjust value is 0.78%&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the best way to do this please? merge query or dax?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at the moment im using SWITCH in dax to write each value in the table but what if my table has hundreds of values then SWITCH is not possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ChimDen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Why the under over change? What is based on? What is your desired output? A table or a measure? Where is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.063? From another table?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
