      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to calcault the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) from the Frist time Yield,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the formuler for the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Process ID 1 = First time Yield of Process 1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Process ID 2 = First time Yield of Process 1 x First time Yield of Process&amp;nbsp;Process 2&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Process ID 3 =&amp;nbsp;First time Yield of Process 1 x First time Yield of Process&amp;nbsp;Process 2 x First time Yield of Process&amp;nbsp;Process 3&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and so on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Data are in excel are&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry, does your RTY need to be classified according to Work Oreder?&lt;BR /&gt;Why ID4 in Work oreder 2 in your table is 92%? Because ID5 in Work oreder 1 is 92%, but ID5 &amp;gt;ID4.&lt;BR /&gt;It would be nice if you could be a little more specific about your logic.&lt;/P&gt;
