Using results from filtering to filter another visual

I have a matrix visual with material in rows and Year Week in columns. The values essentially show a running total with numbers that are positive, negative or zero.

For any given Year Week, I would like to only see the materials where the value is less than zero. For example I manually filtered on the bottom visual (same data table) for Year Week 2022.17 and values less than zero which provided list of 78 materials.

I would like to only see those materials in the original visual with all Year Week and values. What is best approach other than manually selecting the 78 materials in the filters pane for top visual?

ahipon , Simply filter measure < 0 should work in this case as the combination is material and week

Other wise we need create measure at that level and filter using allexcept , allselected/,max etc

Thanks for the suggestion. Filtering for just measure < 0 doesn't quite work because I also need to be able to choose which Year Week to view.

When also filtering Year Week I get the correct Materials but I want to see all the Week Year columns.

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.

There is a simple matrix with values from a measure that is working correctly. There are are negative and positive values. Currently all Materials are displayed. I would like to dynamic pick a YearWeek, determine what Materials where value is negative, then filter entire Matrix based on the list of Materials.
