Nihed , with help from date table and time intelligence you can do that

examples

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
last MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))

last year MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH)))

last year MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-13,MONTH)))

What is your "last month" based on? Today in calendar or just the current row in your table? For example,

Index	Date	Last Month 1	Last Month 2 (Today is 12/22/2021)
1	Jan 2021		Nov 2021
2	Feb 2021	Jan 2021	Nov 2021
3	Mar 2021	Feb 2021	Nov 2021

In addition, how do you want to show your final result? In which visualization?
