Dax for calculating Sales volume for current/Last year for multi Timezone

I have to implement multitimezone functoinality for the sales volume current last year in powerbi

using clustered bar chart for the below scenario.

I have two tables one Date table and other Sales fact table with the below schema.

Date Sales

CaledarDate CreationDateTime

Amount

TimeZone

LocalTime

Country

I have mapped CalendarDate with Sale table CreationDateTime. I have to add the clustered bar chart in powerbi which will show the currentyear/Last year sales comparison for last 12 months.

Months should be calculated based on the time zone and the local time.

I have tried below dax for last year sales volume :

CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Amount]),PARALLELPERIOD(Date[Date],-12,MONTH))

Its not working for the timezone.

Adding more information to this.

There is the Timezone filter in the report last 12 months should be calculated based on the timezone selected. we already getting timezone and localtime calculated from timezone in Sales table.
