Create DAX measure

I am new to Power Bi , I like to create Measure to count how many cells contains more than 3 from System 1 to system 11 columns. Below is my table

If its 1 or 2 columns i can create measure with Countrows formula and i can sum it but it morethan few columns , Is there any way to create simple Measure ?.

Can you unpivot all systems columns in Power Query and then count cells with more than 3?

Thanks for the help.. i will create new table with old sturcture to do other visuals to plot graphs..
