I've tried numerous IF and ISBLANK options but have not yet figured it out. Example. Offer is sent on 1/1/21, it's now 1/4/21, they want it to highlight the Offer Accepted red as a visual indicator to the supervisor. If no date is entered by 1/7/21, they then want it to change to purple to alert the manager.
